The Texas Real Estate Commission requires that every real estate agent provide you with two important documents. The first is the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) that explains brokerage services available to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords. The second required document is the Consumer Protection Notice which explains the process for filing a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
